Job Description Salary: Coretrax have an exciting opportunity a
Service Coordinator to join us in Houston, Texas. The Service
Coordinator will have responsibility for maintaining all workshop
documentation within the ERP system and the accuracy of
maintenance-based records within the region. This role is
responsible for ensuring all new asset assembly, repairs and
service files and documents are recorded, maintained and updated in
a timely fashion. The Service Coordinator is responsible for
effective communication of reports and updates to all stakeholders
on the scheduled worklist and availability. The Service Coordinator
is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the
following: Assisting the Workshop Manager with allocation of
resources Coordinate regional rental asset availability Scheduling
work required and maintain accurate ERP system data. Communication
of changes between Operations and Service teams, in both
directions. Work closely with Supply chain to ensure all parts are
available for new build assets and document accordingly. Updating
service records (inspection reports, procedures, etc.). Updating
workshop related spreadsheets and ERP System Data Arrange and
co-ordinate the provision of external vendor requirements (Machine
shop, inspection companies, etc.) Ensure external field product or
service documentation is complete and returned in a timely manner
Effective communication within the team on all work-related
matters, ensuring communication is regular, timely and accurate
Assist the Operations Administrator with processing of workshop
requisitions Work with Operations Administrator to ensure all
inspections and pre-preventative maintenance on all workshop
equipment and vehicles are performed Assist the Operations
Administrator with daily site tasks, mail, requisitions, PO---s,
load outs, returns QHSE & Compliance Adherence to all Company and
customer Policies and Procedures. Advise on any identified
improvements to Company policies, procedures and processes.
Compliance with all Company and Customer Health, Safety and
Environmental legislation as applicable to the specific location.
Ensure compliance with relevant local labor laws and legislation.
Active participation in Company and clients--- safety programs.
Review and participation in Risk Assessments as required.
Communicate client specific QHSE requirements to Coretrax team as
appropriate. The duties outlined above are not exhaustive. The
