If you are passionate and driven, you will fit right in. plentific.com/careers The Role We are looking for a Demand Generation Specialist to help drive lead and pipeline generation. This will include working with paid search, display, and other paid media along with ABM campaigns. This role will define customer segments and determine the appropriate outreach strategies, work with sales and marketing teams to ensure lead generation goals are being met, and measure campaign results. This role can be based anywhere across the East Coast of the US. Responsibilities Working within a team of marketing professionals and collaborating with other departments, like sales and content, to develop and enhance strategies Strategize and implement lead generation efforts through inbound and outbound marketing initiatives Designing, planning, managing, and optimizing integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline - Including message creation, CTAs, template and landing page design, and campaign workflows. Monitoring and reporting campaign performance with granular tracking across relevant KPIs, including but not limited to impressions, clicks, web visitors, video views, collateral downloads, leads, initial sales conversations, and revenue Maintain current knowledge on new ad products and tech advancements. Research digital trends to inform A/B testing opportunities, best practices, and strategy. Proactively lead the ideation and creation of engaging and effective content for multi-channel marketing campaigns through each phase of the sales funnel Creating impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities Working closely with senior management for granular tracking, reporting, and efficient lead management in the handoff from marketing to sales Segment audiences based on behaviors, like past email engagement, website interaction, event attendance, and develop strategies to nurture prospects into qualified leads. Utilize CRM to create, monitor and track reporting of qualified prospects. Follow relevant marketing and demand generation trends and integrate best practices across channels and processes Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher 3-6 years of marketing experience, preferably in the SaaS industry Specific experience in B2B SaaS required. Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo Familiarity with paid social media platforms (Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, & Youtube) Marketing analytics and SEO experience Exceptional written and communication skills Strong analytical and research skills Ability to quickly learn technical information and apply it in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills with ability to work with multiple senior stakeholder Project management skills - ability to juggle multiple projects at once Previous experience working in a start-up or agency preferred with proptech an advantage.
