Overview Baylor St. Luke---s Medical Center is an 881-bed
quaternary care academic medical center that is a joint venture

as a Monitor Tech at our Baylor St. Luke---s five (5) time Magnet
recognized facility offers opportunities to partner with our
nursing team in multiple care units. Your focus will be observing
EKG patterns and pulse oximetry for an assigned patient population
to identify changes. You will identify changes in rate, rhythm, or
pattern, notifying RN of these changes. Respond appropriately to
emergency situations, run a continuous EKG strip and notify
appropriate staff. You will perform technical diagnoses, inventory
and sanitation of telemetry equipment and supplies. If you are

Licensure: High school Diploma/GED (required) EKG Certification
(preferred) Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a
monitor tech, EMT, or paramedic (required) Must be able to pass
basic rhythms testing (required) Hours: Full Time / 72 hours per
pay period 12-hour Day Shift (7am-7pm)
