our territory! Duties & Responsibilities
Getting photos of Job sitesGetting
paperwork signed from Building DepartmentsDriving to and from job
sites and building departmentsInspect roofs for structural
integrityManeuver through AtticsQualifications & Requirements
1 year of roof work or general
construction experience preferredCapable of working at heights
including on rooftops, climbing ladders and stairs, and performing
repetitious duties such as lifting, bending and standing for long
periods of timeExcellent communication skills and a professional
demeanorOrganizational SkillsBuilding Department knowledgeAbility
to work well others in a collaborative team environmentValid
Driver's License and own transportationMust be able to successfully
pass pre-employment screenings Associated topics: construction,
inspector, inspector surveyor, land, problem, rpls, safety, survey,
surveyor, violation
