growth and efficiency enabled by AI. What You Will Do:As a Talent
Acquisition Advisor, you will:
- Manage full life-cycle recruitment within an assigned portfolio
including setting search strategy, requisition creation, actively
sourcing candidates, pre-screening, vetting, interviewing, and
presenting qualified candidates.
- Identify target markets for external talent and execute
opportunities to build talent pipelines.
- Provide hiring managers with professional and expert
consultation in developing and recommending recruiting strategies
to ensure a successful hiring outcome.
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through timely
communication and transparency.
- Establish and maintain expertise in our Applicant Tracking
System to be able to navigate candidates through the workflows,
provide guidance to hiring managers on their role, and ensure
system management from requisition creation to hire.
- Recommend, participate, and lead continuous improvement
projects in the talent acquisition space.
- Identify and formalize available service offerings and develop
streamlined processes, resources, and tools to enhance service
offerings to our Agency Partners.
- Develop a deep understanding of the needs and demands of our
Agency Partners and use this insight to provide service-offering
recommendations founded on data and ROI.
- Ensure confidentiality is respected and maintained at all

- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6 years of comprehensive
recruiting experience or the equivalent of education and
experience. Insurance Industry experience a plus.
- Strong market research capabilities.
- Expertise in candidate and recruitment process management.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems.
- Demonstrated expertise of recruiting principles and best
practices.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and
ExcelEducation/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6 years of comprehensive
recruiting experience or the equivalent of education and
experience. Insurance Industry experience a plus. Acrisure is
