Overview
Baylor St. Luke's Medical Center is an 881-bed quaternary care
academic medical center that is a joint venture between Baylor

Responsibilities
As a Float Pool Per Diem House Administrator, you will be
responsible for maintaining clinical exposure through intervention,
coordination of patient care, role modeling and consulting/problem
solving. Utilizing the nursing process, you will ensure compliance
with quality standards established by regulatory agencies, Hospital
standards of care, performance enhancement programs, and risk
