What You'll Be Doing -
Helping the agents on your team deliver exceptional customer service to vehicle owners across the United States. - As part of a world-wide organization, you will manage your team in a variety of ways to ensure development of agents and progression of cases for our most loyal customers. -

During a Typical Day, You'll

  • Monitor calls, provide coaching, manage attendance, and administer disciplinary action
  • Uplift, encourage and foster a successful team environment
  • Provide guidance and support in agent escalation activities

    What You Bring to the Role -

    • 3 plus years of call center experience
    • At least 1 year servicing luxury clients or automotive clients
    • Strong time management and organization skills
