This company is located in the Cypress/Jersey Village area.They are immediately seeking TEN temp to hire, full-time, Customer Support Specialists to join their rapidly growing team for multiple shifts! This role pays $16 an hour on a weekly basis; overtime pay!The ideal candidate for this position would be bilingual in English and Spanish. (Preferred but not Required) Your typical day will consist of striving to solve client problems by providing daily phone support both inbound and outbound calls, will average 70 calls per shift. Assist customers with setting up accounts and setting up all the billing information and confirming payments. While handle customers you will maintain company integrity and profitability as well as you would have strong problem-solving ability, customer service skills and a passion for helping others!Must be available to work either day and evening shifts. Shifts can vary between 7am to Midnight, 5 days a week flexible to work every Saturday and/or Sunday.All qualified candidates must possess:Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while organizing, managing, and prioritizing multiple duties.Previous customer service experience required.Experience in a call center environment is a plus.Proficient with MS Office required.
