Project Coordinator

Clock in/out between 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM - beginning shifts, 30-minute lunch break, and ending shifts. Perform dispatch, scheduling, and customer service functions to support technicians in the field.Responsible for creating on-call schedule and forecasting future on-call schedule to the calendar. Make outbound calls to schedule appointments to residential and commercial clients.Dispatch service technicians to on-site jobs.Schedule recurring and new jobs on dispatching.Send out appointment confirmations to clients.Send out welcome email. Give customer client portal.Send documents to customer via -email if technician does not get it on site. Contact customers after service call for feedback on technician performance (customer review).Handle incoming customer phone calls.Maintain the dispatch board calendar and system.Send out the technicians first schedule for next day. Respond to customer minor scheduling issues / problems in a quick efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service.Escalated problems or concerns inform Director of operations/Senior Admin. Ability to interface with employees both in office and technicians in the field.Other duties to include data entry and filing.Final payment check, credit card approval etc. is attached to the file and put on accountings desk for breakdown. Update in office job board and smartsheet job board.Keep track of curtesy equipment.Coordinate necessary equipment and -supplies for projects. - -Schedule equipment cleaning, vehicle maintenance, time for paperwork and etc. Should be familiar with CRM systems -Conduct Inventory of all Equipment and submit daily -On call WeekendsResponsible for receiving -payments on payment portal or scheduling payment pick up -Powered by JazzHR
