culture of empowerment.The Safety Team at US LBM is responsible for
advancing compliance across locations. Fostering a safety culture
through sharing metrics, growing initiatives and engaging local

task.How You Will Spend Your Days as Safety Partner :
- Leading regional safety committee meeting, maintain roster,
drive participation
- Executing safety committee initiatives from executive
directives
- Assisting locations with program development
- Identifying, recommending, and executing corrective
actions
- Conducting regular program audits with your respective
region.
- Managing compliance calendars for open recommendations
- Supporting and leading continuous improvement project work
- Post-acquisition support
- Maintaining and communicating a regional business plan
- Working closely with RVP, provide reporting, activity
updates
- Ensuring overall compliance will all applicable OSHA
regulationsWe want you to join the team if you can check these
boxes:
- You have a passion for travel - 30% - 50% of your time
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA and DOT regulations
- You are comfortable working on multiple tasks and projects on a
daily basis
- You are a self starter that enjoys owning your tasks and
