PTAC Service Account Spec 2 The OpportunityDaikin Comfort
Technologies Manufacturing, L.P. is seeking a skilled individual
for our PTAC Service Account position at our DTTP - Waller, TX
location. The PTAC Service Account Specialist provides support to
independent service companies & end users via phone or written
correspondence; provide part information to customers. Evaluate
requests for product repair or exchange. Input caller/product
information into Microsoft Dynamics CRM - Customer Relationship
Management call tracking program. Dispatching independent companies
to perform warrantable repairs and process warranty claims. If you

Responsibilities:
May include:Assist PTAC Product Specialists with Part orders
(including looking up tracking numbers or checking on part orders
that have not shown up)Assist Homeowner Support on issues including
unit exchange requests and when a servicer has not shown up to
repair unit(s)Assist PTAC Product Specialists with collecting
information relative to Product Quality Report (PQR) reports on
PTAC products and with maintaining Special Project Codes listAssist
PTAC Product Specialists in handling customer complaints from
dealers, homeowner and property owners on all PTAC products This
can be related to technical support, part orders, setting up
service calls or unit exchangesAssist PTAC Product Specialists with
part(s) that are not in stock or not showing an availability date
and meet with Service Parts Engineer to verify this information
before it is provided to the customerNature & Scope:Works within
knowledge and uses it to solve more complex matters and support
cross-functional teamsMay provide guidance/training to new
hiresApplies excellent customer service skills to effectively and
accurately coordinate service repairs and process claims
Qualifications:
Knowledge & Skills:Excellent customer service and relationship
management skills with ability to diffuse negative
situationsCommunication & Collaboration with team members and
customers ability to communicate ideas to instruct, inform,
persuade or motivate co-workersDigital skills: Technology, Media &
the Internet - skills in word processing, data management and
presentations (MS Office Applications proficiency Word, Excel,
Access, PowerPoint)Critical Thinking & Problem Solving - inductive
and deductive reasoning, analysis and interpretation to generate
possible solutions and responses to problemsHigh level of attention
to detail; effective organizational and time management
skillsAbility to apply good judgement, strong work ethics and
