*Job Summary*

Natran is looking for inside sales representatives with experience in customer service. As the primary point of contact for customers actively experiencing pest issues, we expect you to build and sustain relationships through knowledge, empathy, and excitement about a service solution you can truly stand behind. Our inside sales representatives are problem-solvers who act as trusted consultants to our customers.

*Compensation*

Base + Commission: $55,000-$80,000+/yr - Full-time

*Responsibilities and Duties*

* Manage a high volume of incoming phone, SMS, email, and webform leads
* Input and maintain accurate customer and service information in the company CRM
* Correctly identify pest issues and become an expert in our products and services to determine how to meet the needs of the customer best
* Meet or exceed individual key performance metrics, including closure rate and revenue goals, every month
* Follow established processes and workflows for capturing sales, scheduling services, and collecting payments
* Work in concert with your team members and teams across the organization to deliver the best experience for the customer

*Qualifications and Skills*

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* An adeptness for computer work, including typing conversation notations and service instructions and learning new software
* Agility to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize incoming tasks, and swiftly move through workflows
* Proven ability to close sales and meet sales goals
* A heart for customer service
