Job Description:

Clayton Services is searching for a Front Desk Coordinator to join a growing company in North Houston. The Front Desk Coordinator will be responsible for greeting customers, answering phone calls and handling clerical duties.

Front Desk Coordinator Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office, direct guests to the appropriate person/office, and serve refreshments.
  • Answers incoming phone calls and relays messages accurately and promptly.
  • Order office supplies and keep an inventory of stock.
  • Prepare, create and update new documents, spreadsheets and presentations, if needed


    Front Desk Coordinator Skills and Abilities:


    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
    • Attention to detail and efficiency at multi-tasking
    • Proficient with the Google Platform and Microsoft Excel & Word

      Front Desk Coordinator Education and Experience:


      • At least one year of relevant office or clerical experience, medical industry is a huge plus
