Clayton Services is searching for a Front Desk Coordinator to
join a growing company in North Houston. The Front Desk Coordinator
will be responsible for greeting customers, answering phone calls
and handling clerical duties.
Front Desk Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office,
direct guests to the appropriate person/office, and serve
- Answers incoming phone calls and relays messages accurately and
- Order office supplies and keep an inventory of stock.
- Prepare, create and update new documents, spreadsheets and
presentations, if needed
Front Desk Coordinator Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and efficiency at multi-tasking
- Proficient with the Google Platform and Microsoft Excel &
Front Desk Coordinator Education and Experience:
- At least one year of relevant office or clerical experience,
medical industry is a huge plus
Front Desk Coordinator - This is an excellent Temp-to-Hire
opportunity. The position is paying $17 - 22/hr. Immediate need.
