Job Description:

--- Work directly with Users in person, via phone, in Teams and email.

--- Image, deploy, and maintain all HW including desktops, laptops, monitors, docking stations and office printers.

--- Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of MAC and Windows OS.

--- Support various applications including Adobe, Microsoft 0365, Salesforce, and other software as needed.

--- Troubleshoot basic network connections including VPN, Home and in office networks.

--- Conference room video and audio support (Polycom, Teams, Zoom)

--- Support Intune/MAM for Mobile devices, including Android, IOS.

--- Support remote users as needed.

--- Maintain accurate asset inventory, including deploying and returning assets from end users.

--- Team player who is willing to work with the Deskside team and other groups to provide high level support to end users.

--- Resolves 1st and 2nd level support issues concerning hardware, software, networking, active directory, and applications.

--- Responds to all queries, triaging each in a prioritized and timely manner.

--- Opens tickets in Service Now as needed.

--- Owns assigned tickets, performs follow-up, and ensures proper closure is reached and communicated.

--- Provides hardware support for PCs, Macs, printers, networks, and mobile devices.

--- Coordinates with vendors and service providers for in-warranty hardware replacement and service.

--- Follows guidance to install and configure new equipment and peripherals, moving, and updating equipment for regular replacement and to accommodate staff moves and changes.

--- Provides support for software including Microsoft - Windows - and Office - products, Apple OSX, Adobe creative suites, and other in-house applications.

--- Responsible for updating and maintaining software products and applications as required.

--- Participates in the evaluation, piloting, testing and launch of new hardware, software, and apps as requested.

--- Participates in various IT initiatives and deskside projects.

--- Proposes process improvements.

--- Research using the web, manuals, knowledge base and other sources as needed to troubleshoot and answer customer questions.

--- Manages, maintains, and improves technical documentation.

--- Report in office daily to complete tasks, test printers and do anything needed on site.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:
* 8 hour shift
* Monday to Friday

Experience:
* Windows: 3 years (Preferred)
