*Key Accountabilities: *

* Maintain knowledge of U.S. legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR and ensure policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance
* Manage full cycle recruiting process with focus on enhancing candidate experience
* Guide managers and employees through effective performance management in effort to meet and exceed organizational objectives and performance standards
* Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
* Implement, initiate, and maintain effective talent development and talent management programs
* Help drive pay-for-performance culture
* Provide policy interpretation for managers and employees
* Assist with development and implementation of U.S. benefits programs including health insurance, spending accounts, life insurance, disability, voluntary programs, COBRA administration, employee assistance program, wellness programs, and retirement plans
* Conduct HR training for manager and employee
* Promote employee and manager self-service through Workday HCM application
* Meet with employees and managers and conduct surveys to measure what is working well and where we have opportunities to improve
* Maintain knowledge of HR trends and best practices to enhance employee experience

*Valuable Skills/Abilities: *

* Analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
* Aptitude to quickly learn the organizations HR systems (experience with Workday a plus)
* Ability to understand company objectives and align HR goals
* Flexibility to travel domestically as required (10%)

*Qualifications and Experience: *

* Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* 3+ years of operational human resource experience
* SHRM-CP a plus
* Legally authorized to work in the United States without restrictions

* Work independently
* Establish, develop, and maintain a strong partnership and relationship with managers, employees, and team members and support enhancing employee experience
* Influence HR process and contribute ideas to boost HR strategy
