*About the Job*
Encore Industrial is a specialty chemical firm that provides a wide
range of the finest industrial grade products on the market
*FSR's are responsible for: *
- Maintaining current customer relationships
- Pursuing potential new customers within their designated
- Operate on a 30 day sales cycle, visiting each customer at least
once a month, allow relationships to build and promote frequent
*Encore will: *
- Provide an ongoing intensive training program designed to help
the sales associate thrive in their role.
- Provide a large product line with products for each department
within the customers company. There is always a sale to be
- Educate you on all the products and provide resources to help you
learn all the material for success in sales.

*Day to Day activities and Working Environment: *
- Full time position, working remotely in your territory.
- Visit existing customers on a 30 day sales cycle.
- Develop & generate new sales within the territory.

*About the Team & Training*
You will be trained directly by the company's top producers who are
excited to teach you the ins and outs of being a Field Sales
Representative (FSR). You will be trained in your territory on the
day to day operations while learning our sales process, product
knowledge, and applications. Our sales associates work in different
territories and are eager to collaborate and share their success
stories with one another. This is a true team environment.
*Minimum Requirements: *
-_\*MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF INDUSTRIAL OUTSIDE SALES EXPERIENCE\*_
- A strong, transferable, customer following and a passion for
- Results oriented with a competitive winning spirit and team
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate on a professional
- Excellent organizational skills
- Hands on attitude and high energy level
- Have a track record of new customer growth and a strong
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening, background check and
have a driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Must have dependable vehicle - representatives will be traveling
through their sales territory on a daily basis.

- Have experience working in an outside sales environment.

- Prefer working for small business
- Prior Business to Business sales experience. (B2B)
