same here as you will use your problem-solving skills for new tasks
at hand. In this role you will perform and report on integrity risk
assessments of pipelines, facilities and storage assets using
standard and non-standard tools and techniques to support
department objectives and stakeholder's requests.What you will
do:Perform risk integrity assessments of pipelines, facilities, and
storage assets following standard and non-standard
processes.Support the management of stakeholders' requests
including problem definition, data collection, application of
standard and non-standard assessment techniques, and communication
of results.Maintain continuous improvements of assessment tools and
develop new techniques through:Researching relevant
literature;Performing feasibility studies and system-wide
analysis;Building business cases for improvement ideas;Performing
automation and improvement of existing models.Communicate highly
technical results to effectively communicate analysis
methodologies, results, limitations, etc. to internal and external
stakeholders for standard and non-standard assessments through
presentations and written communications.Ensure organizational
objectives are translated into the group's activity and ensuring
integration with the work of other stakeholders.Ability to
influence outcomes both internal and external to the
organization.Drive PI-Core Process implementation and other
critical decisions.Guide more junior staff members and/or external
consultants to support project tasks.Develop and maintain
processes, procedures, and work instructions.Support consequence
and risk assessment models (or other complex tasks) through
providing engineering judgement, reliability knowledge, and other
areas of technical expertise.Generate industry publications and
technical reports to support industry advancement.What You
Have:Engineering University Degree in a related field to the area
of Pipeline IntegrityA minimum of 7 years of technical experience
in two or more of the following areas:Risk & Reliability Management
related to Oil & Gas assetsPipeline integrity related projects and
programsResearch-related projects in Oil & Gas assets requiring
review of industry literature, interpretation of a variety data
types, and generation of conclusions and recommendations based on
findings.Knowledge of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 195,
ASME B31.8S, CSA Z662 and other industry regulations and
standards.Knowledge and experience applying reliability and risk
assessment methodologies: quantitative/probabilistic risk
assessments, structured reliability models, Monte Carlos
simulations, fault tree models, Bayesian networks.You
Are:Proficient in managing data through Excel, Pivot Tables and
Power BiProficient with MS Office Suite, statistical tools (such
and MATLAB), and large databases (using tools such as PowerPivot or
PowerQuery)Experienced with programing languages like Octave/Matlab
coding, Python or RThe Below are Assets:10 years of directly
related experience preffered.Postgraduate Degree (PhD) in a related
field to the area of Pipeline IntegrityKnowledge of machine
learning.Strong leadership, organizational, time management and
planning skills.Strong critical thinking skills related both to
technical problems and project management.Strong communication
skills, ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. This
includes the ability to effectively interact with peers, internal
stakeholders, and external stakeholders in both formal and informal
settings.Strong technical writing skills.Ability to effectively
deliver projects and stakeholder requests.Ability to prioritize
tasks for a dedicated project team and oversee their work, meet
deadlines, and deliver thorough technical analysis and
recommendations.Working Conditions:Office location: Desk work using
Computers and Software.Required to manage tight timelines with
