be a key player in bringing value to our Customer Experience
Program+ Contact our customers, welcome them to ABM eMobility,
establish rapport with them+ Provide excellent customer service
from Day 1 to Day 365 & beyond; from the day they sign up with
interest in our services to the end of their project completion+
Help our new clients understand and explore their EV equipment
options and advocate for our Turnkey option+ Conduct customer touch
points, answer customer questions, and direct customer inquiries to
the correct eMobility team members+ Maintain customer data base of
customer check-ins, and follow-up with customers on a regular
established cadence+ Conduct customer feedback surveys via online
and phone covering a range of topics on customer and competitive
loyalty across all customer engagement experiences ensuring
satisfaction with the company, products and services. The objective
of these research initiatives is to measure customer satisfaction
and loyalty, gain deeper understanding of the underlying drivers,
and provide insights that will help to optimize the company s
strategies and planning to effectively execute and deliver
excellent customer experience and lead in customer loyalty+ Respond
to customer feedback concerns and assist with resolution+ Help to
redirect customers that are in jeopardy to create raving fans+ You
will focus on feedback obtained from our customers and will engage
owners and General Managers to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
with project implementation.+ Ensure our customers recognize and
receive value from their maintenance contract/project installation+
You will help bring resolution to customer concerns and implement
solutions for new programs and projects+ Using your analytical
skills, you will help generate insights at individual account level
and at macro levels such as regions, industry segments and business
units.+ You will be part of a team that directly interfaces with
clients to ensure 100% referencability+ You will advocate, on
behalf of the customers, to ensure full product implementation and
help improve our overall customers experience+ You will work with
cross-functional team members to identify and prioritize
actionable, high-impact customer experience opportunities across
all business areas.+ You will help develop and deploy mass e-mails
to our client base introducing new offerings to our clients. To
include: service opportunities, maintenance, industry updates
(Statistics), usage reports as to who is using their chargers and
how to better address their needs, red flags as to equipment down,
etc needs to come from+ Reach your targets, build awesome
relationships, and have fun succeeding with your team+ Other
