Job Description:

PARKING ADMINISTRATOR starting at $15/Hour + FT Benefits! This is an administrative/office assistant position M-F 8am - 5pm
Since starting in 1999, Platinum Parking has grown to be one of the leaders in the industry. We now operate over 350 facilities in over 12 cities and 7 states. Our growth is a direct result of the hands-on attention to detail that we pay to each and every customer of the facilities we manage.
Platinum Parking is looking for a parking administrator to handle the daily office administrative requirements.
The ideal candidate will be computer savvy with adequate typing skills, phone etiquette, a keen eye for detail, and amazing customer service skills. We are looking for a diligent, conscientious self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.
Requirements:

Proven administrative experience
Capable of working in a fast pace environment
Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch-typing system is strongly preferred
Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other programs)
Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware
Bookkeeping experience a plus
Strong client relationship skills
Capable of working in a Class A environment
Basic understanding of databases
Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
Bilingual (proficient/fluent in Spanish preferred
Great attention to detail
