• Assists in managing and tracking facilities projects and requests
• Assist with setting up and managing routine maintenance activities and preventative maintenance programs -
• Assist in maintaining accurate and complete project cost records
• Document project meeting discussions and decisions and prepare and distribute project meeting minutes
• Assist in compiling and proofing bi-weekly project status reports
• Prioritize and manage multiple deliverables and special projects
• Perform other duties as assignedQualifications/Skills and Knowledge:
  • Candidates must be currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Construction Science or a degree in a related field
  • Candidate must have a basic understanding of construction principles, processes, etc.
  • Candidate must have the ability to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form
  • Proficiency with MS Office and emailPreferred Qualifications
