The Clinician will facilitate curricula, presentations, activities and provide support for marketing/recruitment of participants for families in community settings, as well as, conduct intake, assessment, construct treatment plans, provide supportive case management and teach parenting using the 24/7 Dad curriculum. - This position will also work closely with the surrounding community providing advocacy and referral services.Experience/Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree required (Preferably in social work or related human services field).
• Must be able to work flexible hours which vary according to client needs.
• Must have completed the 24/7 Dad and Support Father Involvement (SFI) curricula training or be able to attain such certification within the first year of employment. - Employment is contingent on acquisition of minimal certification/licensure.Experience/Skills Preferred:
  • One (1) year related experience.
  • One (1) year experience in case management, crisis intervention, or child welfare.
  • Fluent in Spanish highly preferred. English Required. Work Conditions:
    • Environment: Hybrid - Office, Community Settings
    • Range of Schedule: Mon - Fri, 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
