We are looking for an ambitious candidate that is knowledgeable using AutoCAD. This person is preferred to have extensive structural design foundation experience, including but limited to, Post Tension SOG and Conventional SOG in various states across the country.Requirements:5+ years previous structural design experienceProficient in AutoCADPrepare and check structural foundation documents for mainly residential structures using architectural drawings with limited supervision. Ability to read and interpret residential architectural blueprintIdentify design discrepancies and communicate the design changes required to the builder and architect.Familiarity in building codesAbility to create foundation details with limited supervision competent in PTIslab 3.5 software Understanding of building envelope requirementsStrong writing/grammar skillsAble to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally with Architects, Builders, and OwnersDemonstrated strong organization and time management, which includes the ability to multi-task and run multiple projects concurrentlyMust be willing to work overtime Possesses leadership skills and team work attitudePunctual, polite and professional manner requiredDetail orientedstrong attention to detailEligible to work in the United States PI207480512
