We have 2 clinics, in Rosenberg and 3 miles away in Richmond, and the incoming DC will provide coverage at the location that best suits them. • Patient exam/evaluation new and existing patients (review medical history and pertinent imaging/records, physical exam)
• Establish diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
• Educate patients on the continued benefits of routine chiropractic care and preventative care
• Provide a recommended course of treatment (short term and long term)
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
• Arrange for diagnostic x-rays/reviewed, when medically necessary
• Building positive doctor-patient relationships -Qualifications:
  Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic collegeValid DC license in TXFully eligible for Malpractice Insurance in TXSchedule:
