Primary contact for all help desk issues
Configure/troubleshoot workstations, telephones, and install and
troubleshoot applications
Support local, remote, and mobile users
Support WAN users and VPN users
Manage backup library and domain user/email accounts
Conduct all new hire training on technical equipment
Special projects as assigned
Monday - Friday work schedule with very light after hour
coverage
RDGEZ
2-5 years experience installing and supporting the latest Windows
workstations and applications such as O365 and Azure, Adobe, and
web-based applications.
Experience creating and managing Domain and Exchange accounts,
updating Windows Workstation image for employees and DR, managing
backups, and occasional restores.
Experience managing small to medium projects is a must.
More in-depth system management, Exchange, SQL, and Crystal Reports
writing is a big plus!
