Description:Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Marine Paint Inspectors for projects located in and around Newport News, VA. We are hiring for 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift opportunities at a pay range of up to $27.31/hour based on experience plus $120/Per Diem to Travelers 60+ miles from the job site. Job Scope:

• Support Hull, Tank, Non-Skid Bilges Inspections onboard U.S. Navy Ships
• Working with Inspection Equipment; DFT/EFT Gauge Psychrometer, Hygrometer, Surface Temperature Gauge, Conductivity Meter, etc.Requirements:
  • NACE Level 1 or Higher, or SPPCNBPI Qualified Paint Inspector
  • Physically Able to Complete all Tasks
  • Comfortable Working at Height and in Confined Spaces
  • Good Hand Writing, Record Keeping Skills
  • Basic Computer Knowledge; Word, Excel, etc.
  • Proficient with Inspection Equipment; DFT/EFT Gauge Psychrometer, Hygrometer, Surface Temperature Gauge, Conductivity Meter, etc.
