Job Title: SharePoint Architect (Microsoft 365) - Client-Facing Opportunity Location: Remote (Houston, TX preferred for future onsite work) Salary: Competitive hourly rate ($60/hr) Interview Process:

• Technical Interview: 1 hour with the team Targeted Start Date: Two weeks from the offer Company Overview: We are a nationwide professional services firm specializing in SharePoint solutions and we're seeking an enthusiastic SharePoint Architect (Microsoft 365) to join our team. As a client-facing professional, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and contribute your expertise to a collaborative environment. Job Duties:

• Collaborate with clients to shape project opportunities, deliver presentations, and provide technical demonstrations
• Conduct user interviews and perform content analysis to gather requirements
• Assess technology environments and identify opportunities for system and process improvements
• Lead the design, build, and testing of SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Automate, PowerApps, and Power BI solutions
• Develop custom SharePoint solutions using SPFX, jQuery, Client Object Model, PowerShell, PnP framework, M365 APIs, and Azure Logic Apps
• Create technical deliverables such as requirements, design specifications, test plans, and handover documents
• Collaborate with client IT and functional teams to resolve technical issues during implementation and operations
• Travel locally or out of state, as needed, for client-facing project activities (up to 25%)
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, juggling unique requirements and timelines Required Skills, Experience, and Knowledge:
  • 7+ years of full lifecycle experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint on-prem, and Hybrid solutions (design, implementation, upgrade, migration, deployment, and support)
  • 5+ years of development experience in web-based applications using .NET 4.0 or higher, C#, SQL Server, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML/CSS, and Azure
  • Previous experience implementing information architecture, lifecycle management, and governance policies in M365, SharePoint on-prem, Hybrid environments, and other content management systems
  • Previous experience with M365 Compliance Center, Records Management, Information Governance, Data Loss Prevention, eDiscovery, and tenant services administration (including M365 security models and Azure Active Directory configuration)
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and executing migrations from file shares and non-Microsoft platforms to M365 (on-premise, hybrid, SharePoint Online), utilizing custom scripts and/or third-party migration tools (e.g., ShareGate, AvePoint, or similar)
  • Strong consulting experience leading group discussions with senior stakeholders, presenting recommendations, strategies, and proposals, and facilitating agreement or decisions Nice-to-have skills:
    • Experience in team lead or people management roles
