customer's experience.Job SummaryThe Facilitation Instructional
Designer is responsible for the design and development of learning
solutions that enable employees to achieve their performance goals.
He or she will consult with leadership to guide learning decisions,
define learning outcomes, and design and develop effective,
engaging, and integrated learning experiences. This role
specializes in classroom and virtual instructor-led design and
facilitation.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the
following. Other duties may be assigned. Collaborates with
leadership team and subject matter experts (SME) to design and
develop relevant, engaging, educational learning materials that are
practical, motivational, and enhance business performance
Collaborates with Talent Development (TD) team members, manager(s),
and/or other leadership to create quality training deliverables;
designs instruction that reflects an understanding of the diversity
of learners and groups of learners Designs and develops
comprehensive learning solutions, incorporating multiple
deliverables (online, video, simulations, instructor-led, virtual,
etc.), to meet business and performance objectives Customizes and
content design and development, particularly in modern learning
techniques, including but not limited to virtual delivery,
storyboarding and scripting. Regularly assesses, adjusts, and
creates learning materials to ensure learning solutions are
up-to-date and ensure learning objectives are met; provide
enhancements and revisions to existing materials based on
SME/stakeholder feedback Evaluate training and development programs
and measures results. Create and implement evaluation plans to
demonstrate business impact of training initiatives Actively
participates in and/or facilitates in-person or virtual meetings to
support learning projects Facilitate in-person or virtual training
sessions Diagnoses and escalates risks to design projects to
appropriate leadership and stakeholders Achieve and model team
quality standards in all aspects of learning design while managing
3-5 projects at a time May supervise up to 5 employees Maintains
deep understanding of current knowledge of latest industry tools
and processes Other duties as assigned Competencies To perform the

Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must

essential functions. Education and/or Experience The knowledge,
skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a
high school diplomas and/or GED. Must have 5 years experience
designing and developing training curriculum for in-classroom and
virtual delivery and not less than 5 years experience working with
eLearning developers to develop and design eLearning modules for
asynchronous delivery. Preferred experience:1. Indirect auto
lending training2. Design training experience with a CRM, LOS
system3. Design training experience for sales, credit and funding
in indirect auto lending Design Skills: Excellent grasp of adult
learning theory, educational models, and eLearning/instructional
design principles. Demonstrated ability to translate business needs
into high-impact learning objectives that enhance business
performance. Ability to translate, summarize, and communicate
complex ideas, and clearly articulate technical concepts to
multiple audiences; experience with design thinking, leading and
creating innovate design. Demonstrated experience creating
knowledge documents, including job aids, reference guides, manuals,
facilitator, and participating guides, etc. Communication Skills:
Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into high-impact
learning objectives that enhance business performance; Excellent
written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate
technical concepts to multiple audiences; strong skills in design
theory, copywriting, storytelling, and presenting Interpersonal
Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with
all levels of management and employees; ability to gain
credibility, provide effective customer service, and foster
positive working relationships with internal and external
stakeholders. Design tools: Demonstrated experience creating
knowledge documents, including job aids, reference guides, manuals,
facilitator, and participant guides, etc. Experience working with
learning management software (LMS); Computer Skills Proficiency
with Microsoft Office MS Excel, MS-Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook
etc. Other Skills: Ability to implement change management
principles to communicate change initiatives to all levels of
employees. Experience working on Agile development teams, including
use of SCRUM philosophy, Trello boards and Miro. Physical Demands
