Drilling Leadman responsibilities and abilities include but are not limited to the list below. Working with drillers to align the crane/drill truck at the drill shaft. Maintaining the boundaries for the safety perimeter. Drilling the hole plumb to the required depth. Setting the rebar to grade and pouring the concrete to grade.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. 1+ years of experience as a foundation drilling Leadman. 2+ years of experience in the foundation drilling industry. Experience with crane and/or truck rig is required. Ability to work safely under pressure with time constraints in a changing environment. Frequent gross body movements such as bending, climbing into equipment, lifting (up to 75lbs), twisting, standing, balancing, stooping, handling materials, moving around hazardous sites. Good Eye to Hand coordination a must. Depth perception required. High School diploma/GED preferred. Flexible availability to include overtime and possible weekends. Must have the ability to communicate clearly, listen and understand information through spoken works and sentences to ensure full comprehension of job duties, safety regulations, and other situations that may require an immediate response.
