Location: Houston, Texas, United States (or flexibility to travel to Houston as required) We are looking for 2-3 Senior Talent Partners to support a multinational instantly recognizable business on their senior hiring. We are looking for Talent Acquisition professionals who love delivery, particularly mapping and engaging senior talent. Not only are you a pro at finding and identifying senior talent, but you pride yourself on finding diverse talent! We will be supporting senior hiring across a range of skill sets including technology, engineering, product, sales, marketing, and operations. It is not only a range of skill sets, but we will also need to identify talent from many sectors including technology, retail, energy, financial services, and other sectors. Additionally, we need folks who can collaborate, partner, and build lasting relationships with senior stakeholders throughout the process, ensuring a sensational hiring experience for both candidates and clients. Whilst we want seasoned TA professionals who can dive into researching and engaging amazing talent, we also need exceptional collaborators willing and able to support the wider teams, particularly those focused on sourcing and scheduling. Your responsibilities will include:

• Take hands on ownership for a number of senior requisitions
• Collaborating, partnering, and building lasting relationships with candidates and stakeholders
• Source & engage exceptional diverse talent across the US
• Ability to effectively assess senior candidates at screening stage or 1st interview
• Deliver an amazing candidate experience
• Map & research talent in key competitors and target diverse talent, using innovative tools and platforms
• Potential to support with UK based requisitions on an ad-hoc basis
• Amazing team player
• Demonstrate proactivity to ensure we continuously exceed our client's expectations What we are looking for:
  • Demonstrable track record of working on senior hiring in an in-house or executive research capacity
  • Previous experience of success in a large corporate / matrix environment
  • Comfortable running behavioral interviews for senior level candidates
  • Passionate about delivering a rewarding candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Exceptional influencing skills
  • Delivery focused on research, mapping, and sourcing and familiar with the latest innovations and sourcing
  • Pedantic about ensuring compliance with systems, process and local legislation ensuring all elements of the hiring process are managed in a compliant fashion
  • Passionate about diversity, familiar with techniques and tools to increase the diversity of each shortlist for our client
  • Either based in Houston or with flexibility to travel to our client site in Houston as required
