Oceaneering is a global provider of engineered services and

Position Summary
In this role, you are responsible for the administration of our
U.S. health and welfare benefit plans, helping employees resolve
complex benefits issues, and acting as a liaison between the
Company and our providers. You are also responsible for the
creation and distribution of benefits related communications in
multiple formats (i.e., emails, text messages, flyers) as well as
coordinating all benefit sponsored events (i.e., flu clinics).
Duties & Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL
--- Advise employees on complex issues on the U.S. group medical,
dental, prescription drug, vision, life, disability, voluntary
benefits, HSA and FSA plans
--- Act as liaison between benefit vendors, broker, employees, and
HR service center to facilitate resolution of claims and enrollment
issues
--- Coordinate and reconcile monthly premium billings for the
benefit plans
--- Process and submit check requests in payment of vendor
invoices
--- Assist with annual benefits enrollment for the U.S. and
expatriate plans
--- Oversee the preparation and distribution of benefits related
communications including annual enrollment materials and annual
employee communication campaign
--- Maintain and update internal U.S. Benefits website, as
needed
--- Coordinate all Benefit sponsored events
--- Transmit vendor interfaces
--- Assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications
REQUIRED
---Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
---Minimum 3 years' related Benefits/HR experience or equivalent
combination of education and experience
DESIRED
---Knowledge of Wellness programs and Wellness incentives
---Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and
written
---Self-motivated and able to work independently
---Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint)
---Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint
Additional Information
This position is Hybrid - Remote and will require commuting to a
designated office. Hybrid work schedules are determined by the
hiring manager based on business need.
