As part of our fast-paced operations team, you'll help ensure that
we bring on new members comprehensively and accurately. You bring

The -Associate Enrollment Eligibility Representative -is
responsible for preparing, processing and maintaining member or
group enrollments. You will answer incoming phone calls from
customers (members, providers, group), provide expertise and
support to customers, and practice superior customer service skills
in all lines of communication. You may load member or group data
into the enrollment database & update the database with changes.
You will also respond to member eligibility or group questions and
verify enrollment status. You will be the main point of contact for
group customers in regard to enrollment related items. You will
also be responsible for reconciling eligibility discrepancies
identified by error reports, analyzing transactional data -and
submitting retroactive eligibility changes.
This position is full - time (40 hours / week), Monday - Friday. .
Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our
8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00 AM
- 5:00 PM CST (Central Standard Time/ phone team). -It may be
required to work outside of these standard business hours and may
be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional
overtime.
We offer 4 weeks of paid training. The hours during training will
be 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM CST from Monday - Friday. Training will be
conducted virtually from your home.
*All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth
Group's Telecommuter Policy.

Washington or Rhode Island Residents Only: The hourly range for
California / Colorado / Connecticut / Nevada / New York / New
Jersey / Washington / Rhode Island residents is $16.00 - $27.31 per
hour. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to
education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to
