Job Description:

A company is looking for an Alternative Delivery Sr. NEPA Planner.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as Environmental Lead for Alternative Delivery Projects, overseeing environmental aspects for both owner-side and contractor-side projects
Mentor and manage a team of Environmental Project Managers/NEPA Leads assigned to AD projects
Collaborate with Project Managers to establish environmental permitting strategies that reduce project risk and expedite schedules

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in planning, policy, biological or physical science, economics, or engineering
15+ years of experience with State Departments of Transportation
Experience in Design-Build Infrastructure projects
Thorough understanding of environmental disciplines and their interactions with proposed designs
Experience with NEPA environmental documentation and FHWA compliance procedures
