Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Engagement
Representative-Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Provide inbound and outbound support for patient acquisition and
retention strategies through various communication channels
Document and handle patient inquiries, eligibility for care
coordination, and referrals while adhering to established
protocols
Maintain productivity levels and quality measures while managing
multiple systems and ensuring a positive patient experience
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or GED required
1-3 years of customer service and/or healthcare experience
required
Telephone/call center experience required
Working knowledge of Windows-based computer environment
required
Preferred: Two years of college education
