Job Description:

Title: Category Support Specialist

Location: Houston, Tx

Key responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of sourcing documentation such as RFQs and contract templates.

Confirm prospective vendors have active agreements and are compliant with internal contractor management services platform.

This team specifically works on contract/agreement negotiation and sourcing large pieces of fabricated equipment.
Serve as a liaison between procurement, finance, and business units to resolve issues related to orders, invoices, and deliveries.


Must-Haves:

Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.)
Experience in SAP (for pulling data/supporting documents)
Experience working in SAP Ariba
Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of relevant experience prior
3 years minimum experience in Indirect Procurement (preferred) or Logistics
