• Apply expertise in AI, machine learning, data mining, and information retrieval to design, prototype, and build advanced analytics engines and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business partners to define technical problem statements and hypotheses.
• Develop efficient and accurate analytical models that mimic business decisions and integrate into data products and tools.
• Drive strategy by leveraging analytical skills to ensure business value and communicate results.Key Responsibilities
  • Create AI agents and RAG databases to solve problems, developing tools for data retrieval, wrangling, and analysis.
  • Prepare datasets, conduct analytics, and develop solutions using knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and computer science fundamentals.
  • Analyze and incorporate complex and new data sources into analytical solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on idea initiation, design, analysis, and process improvements.
  • Develop and deploy AI and ML solutions on Google Cloud Platforms.
  • Utilize large data sources to generate business insights and features for innovative solutions.
  • Understand diverse data sources, both structured and unstructured.Minimum Requirements
    • 6+ years of overall experience, with at least 4+ years as a GenAI Data Scientist.
    • Proficiency in Python, including managing dependencies, virtual environments, and version control with Git.
    • Strong fundamentals in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, cloud computing, multi-agent systems, data analysis, programming, and AI ethics.
    • Experience with agent frameworks (preferably Langchain), prompt engineering, chatbots, virtual assistants, image generation, proprietary or open-source LLMs, and RAG and vector databases.This position offers an excellent opportunity for career growth in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with significant responsibilities.
