This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing our SEO strategy, utilizing AI tools for advanced keyword research and competitor analysis, and ensuring optimal site architecture, speed, and mobile responsiveness. The role also involves managing and mentoring a team of SEO specialists, and overseeing SEO projects from conception to execution. Qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5-6 years of SEO experience in an enterprise-level retail environment. 2. At least 3 years of people-leadership experience. 3. Expertise with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, SimilarWeb, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and log file analysis. 4. Deep knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS. 5. Proven experience in managing SEO projects from conception to execution. 6. Strong understanding of AI tools for advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization. 7. Ability to conduct regular website audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues, ensuring optimal site architecture, speed, and mobile responsiveness. 8. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. 9. Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making. Responsibilities: 1. Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies that increase website visibility and traffic. 2. Utilize AI tools for advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization. 3. Conduct regular website audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues, ensuring optimal site architecture, speed, and mobile responsiveness. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SEO strategies into overall marketing efforts. 5. Oversee SEO projects from conception to execution, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget. 6. Manage and mentor a team of SEO specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. 7. Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and best practices, and implement these into our strategies. 8. Monitor and analyze SEO performance and reporting on results.
