Description Under the direction of the District Field Marketing Manager, the Area Marketing Manager is responsible for working directly with Lifestyle Samplers to increase brand awareness by creating an emotional connection between the consumer and our brand. Along with ensuring that Lifestyle Samplers are held accountable with brand messaging points, merchandising “Golden Standard”, and working directly with the District Field Marketing Manager to produce 360 marketing. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities Schedule and support marketing activations, demo program goals, and sampling calendar. Recruit, and train a small team of Lifestyle Samplers. Also, oversee and approve Lifestyle Samplers payroll. Conduct weekly “spot checks” during sampling shifts. Ensure Lifestyle Samplers are properly communicating brand benefits, creating an experience for the consumer and are properly setup with the appropriate promotional materials. Assist in the planning and implementation of events on both a regional and national level. Execute pulling permits, business licenses, and certificate of liability insurance for events, coordinating transportation/carpooling and product delivery. Manage storage unit(s) inventory and submit product requests to FMM. Facilitate contracts and ensure they are executed in a timely manner. Network to build relationships and increase brand visibility. Preferred Qualifications BA/BS degree preferred. Marketing, Communications, or Business degree a plus. Well networked in the community with local influencers Creative problem solver and strategic thinker who brings passion, enthusiasm, and fresh ideas.
