Job DescriptionUrgently seeking a Project Manager who can lead large-scale construction projects. Applicable project experience for this Project Manager could include a diverse commercial or civil construction background. This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager to develop into their own role and reach the career goals they've always had. Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Projects of $10MM or more desirable
• Stable work history
• Strong commercial construction experienceResponsibilities:
  • Ensuring project success including safety, schedule, profitability, quality and customer satisfaction
  • Assuring business development with client contacts, relationships, proposals, presentations and negotiations
  • Establish professional working relationships with owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors
  • Administering contract terms and conditions, contract documents, subcontract agreements, purchase order agreements, etc.
  • Coordination with the appropriate team members and business clienteleCompensation:
