We're growing, and we'd love to learn what you can add to our team!Workrise is hiring an Account Coordinator (Construction Staffing) that will be responsible for overseeing all sales, business development and customer service efforts within the greater Houston area, and the role itself will be based out of our Houston, TX (77092) office. Our ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of sales and will be customer-service oriented.What you'll be doing:Outside Sales & Business Development - growing the customer base by securing new customersLeveraging existing customer relationships from other branches locationsNetworking and establishing a strong industry presence within the branch marketDirecting and managing field employeesMaking sales and service callsEnsuring all policies and internal operational procedures are followedWhat you should have:Proven B2B and outside sales experiencePrevious sales experience in construction staffing or similar preferredPrioritization, time management and organizational skillsFirst-rate interpersonal skills, to communicate effectively with clients and team membersSupportive team player who can also work independentlyAbility to develop and maintain positive client relationshipsValid driver's license, clean driving record, insurance, and reliable transportationMore than a job:At Workrise you can feel good about your work and furthering our mission to serve those who do the hard work.
