successful. Come join our growing Sales team. We are looking for a
Salesforce Analyst in the Dallas or Houston, TX area who will have
the opportunity to interface with Sales Leadership, Sales
Organization, and IT. This role will be the first point of contact
for 350+ Salesforce users, providing training, troubleshooting,
relay requirements to IT, and lead UAT testing. The Salesforce
Analyst will also be responsible for any reporting needs supporting
the international business unit.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for business analytics and development lifecycle.
Create, update, optimize standard Salesforce reports and
dashboards.
Conducting Salesforce training and troubleshooting for 350+
users.
Lead discovery calls with business stakeholders related to
potential platform enhancements.
Document tool's existing business processes.
AS-IS state o Gather requirements in the form of user stories and
acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with IT to define and solution TO-Be state.
Perform testing and provide feedback and arrange training
sessions.
Qualifications:
Must have at least 1-3 years' experience in a business analyst or
similar type role.
Must have high analytical skills/data analysis.
Able to work independently and under the guidance of the
International Sales Leadership team.
Must have MS Office tools intermediate-advance proficiency.
Salesforce Admin certification preferred.
Self-starter with inquisitive nature, problem solver, and strong
customer focus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Must be a team player, willing to go the extra mile to contribute
to team success Principal Accountabilities.
