  • Recommends applicable technical patterns and solutions that are aligned with architectural guiding principles and standards through a regular cadence of delivery and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Leads the development and evolution of a unified business and technical architecture vision for the Distribution and Healthcare Carrier aspects of the business model.
  • Drives enabling and executing the architecture vision through leading a team of Technical, Data, and Product Architects
  • Works closely with engineers and other architects on assessing, designing, and promoting architectural solutions in a technical context (application, integration, and data architecture)
  • Collaborates closely with Product and Capability Architects on aligning inferred Solutions and Enterprise architecture to granular technical patterns and solutions
  • Drives technology modernization activities with architects and engineering teams including a shift to modular, data centric, open-source, and cloud-native technologies
  • Governs technical debt and promotes balance with Technical Product Management in achieving architectural objectives through influencing of Product, Capability, and Engineering backlogs
  • Leads cross-functional technical council to synchronize and unify engineering practices, standards, with engineering teams delivering software, applications, integrations, and services
  • Works closely with Technical Product Owners in plotting required Enablers to support business feature teams on the Architecture Runway; ensuring full lifecycle delivery through CI / CD pipeline
  • Conducts market research on third-party commercial technical solutions, internal enterprise capabilities, and provides a continuous growth-oriented mindset. Partners with Product Architects to ensure alignment of upcoming architectural needs on roadmaps, backlogs, and exploration initiatives
  • Produces and maintains technical roadmaps for application portfolio in collaboration with engineering teams, Product Architects, and Enterprise Architects
  • Serves as a mentor and coach to other architects, software engineers, data engineers, and exploration innovation teams
  • Participates in the evaluation of new technologies and partnering with engineers to create innovation labs for applicability
  • Creates and continuously refines Non-Functional architectural guidelines, guardrails, and standards for consumption by Engineers and Architects through influence You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications:
    • 4 year degree in an Information Technology related field or equivalent experience in an architecture role
    • 10+ years of experience working in commercial E-Commerce, MarTech, Digital Retail, or Marketplace-based technology ecosystems
    • 8 years of related IT experience as an architect, developer, engineer, or similar role
    • 8+ year of experience developing in modern full stack applications using open-source languages including Spring Boot, .NET Core, and data technologies including T-SQL, NoSQL, and GraphQL
    • 5+ years of experience working as a software and integration architect
    • 5+ years of experience working with an Agile development methodology
    • High proficiency in developing visual representations of architectural solutions using a standard notation (solutions context, solutions architecture, applications architecture, sequence diagrams, experience orchestrations, etc.) Preferred Qualifications:
      • Experience with design and implementation of IVR application

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $97,300 to $176,900. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $97,300 to $176,900.
