utilization and healthcare costs data. Provides management with
statistical findings and conclusions.--- -Identifies potential
areas for medical cost improvements and alternative pricing
strategies.--- -Provides data in support of actuarial, financial

take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities:
- Research and investigate key business problems through
quantitative analyses of utilization and healthcare costs data
- Provides management with statistical findings and
conclusions
- Identifies potential areas for medical cost improvements and
alternative pricing strategies
- Develops full understanding of clinical programs being measured

- Uses data analytics to identify and gain consensus on
approaches to address medical cost trends (e.g., contract
remediation, benefit design, clinical intervention) -
- Performs monthly financial reconciliation and validates data
integrity for data warehouse -
- Proficient in analyzing and identifying key indicators that
impact the company's financial performance -
- Supports development/implementation of company financial
initiatives -
- Assesses and interprets stakeholder's needs and requirements
and provides explanations, interpretations and resolution for less
structured tasks -
- Knowledge on how to obtain all relevant data and use financial
reporting tools to efficiently meet the reporting needs of
management -
- Works with minimal guidance and solves more complex requests
and problems -
- Acts as a resource for others with less experience - You'll be

you may be interested in. - Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree--- -or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of data analysis experience -
- 2+ years of experience communicating "the story" told through
the data -
- 2+ years of experience working in managed care, provider or
healthcare industry -
- Intermediate or greater level of proficiency with MS Excel
