**We are looking for**
A Supply Chain Manager to develop 3 to 12 month planning related to
the business plan and capacity plans and planning, to perform
inventory control, participate in the allocation of products, and
contribute to the development of the long-term supply chain plan.
Key contact for the Customer Service organization related to stock
replenishment for US/Mexico.

Challenges
+ Working with the commercial team on forecast accuracy to ensure
customer satisfaction.
+ This role will collaborate with Demand Planners in other zones,
local Supply Chain Organization Customer Service and Logistics, and
in addition work with all Business Line Commercial Managers.
Performance objectives
+ Ensure the control of working capital targets.
+ Ensure having the right product, at the right time based on
forecast accuracy.

+ This role is the Key User for Supply Chain process improvement
projects related to planning and forecasting.
**You will bring**
Education and experience
+ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain management, engineering, or
related field.
+ 5 years of experience in the Supply Chain domain or relevant
field.
+ Knowledge in quality, logistics administration, regulated goods,
storage and handling management, swap & tolling, trade compliance,
demand management, production and inventory planning, Supply Chain
flow engineering, finance for supply chain, project management for
supply chain, negotiation for the supply chain.
Technical skills
+ Process Oriented.
+ Critical thinking. Demonstrated ability to independently identify
and bring resolution to problems
+ SAP R/3 or other closely related ERP.
+ Skilled in Microsoft Excel and/or Microsoft Access.
+ Team-player mindset.
+ Ability to work independently.

**Additional information**
Locations: Houston (Texas, US) / Princeton (New Jersey, US) /
Alpharetta (Georgia, US). The locations are being used as
references. The position is flexible based in the US.
