KenMor's work ranges from office buildings and multiuse developments to stadiums, arenas, shopping centers, restaurants, hospitals and industrial plants.Primary ResponsibilitiesAssists in installation, alterations, additions and/or repairs of electrical systems, conductors and associated materials and equipmentHelps Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power toolsReads and interpret maps, instructional manuals, specifications, work site directions, blue prints and written instructionPerforms physically demanding tasks, such as digging trenches to lay conduit and moving and lifting heavy objectsPerforms special projects and completes all other duties as assigned or requested for the general support of the field organizationMinimum QualificationsPossess Valid State of Texas Apprentice Electrician License and valid or pending B.A.T. certification, levels 1 - 8Possesses valid Driver's LicenseAbility to work from ladders, scaffolds and roofs to install, maintain or repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixturesAbility to frequently walk, stoop, kneel, reach and climb in inclement weather with exposure to extreme cold, heat, noise & dustAbility to frequently lift, carry, push & pull up to 50 pounds of material & up to 90 pounds of material with assistance, if requestedApplications valid through September 30, 2022Kenmor Electric Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Qualified candidates will be considered without regard to race, religion, sex, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation or gender identity.
