Job Description:

* Repair, test, assemble and disassemble ESP (Electric Submersible Pumps) equipment and components.
* Check the downhole equipment (pumps, motors, etc.)
* Before the shipping process according to the Company standards.
* Test the downhole equipment (pumps, motors, etc.)
* On the appropriate test bench according to the Company standards.
* Make the DIFA s of the downhole equipment (pumps, motors, etc.)
* Under supervisor control during the trial and himself - after the trial period.
* Fill the daily reports.
* Keep workshop, test benches, and tools clean.
* Help with loading and unloading of equipment.
* Assist with inventory management.
* Assist with cable management.
* Comply with all Company's standards and procedures.
* Comply with all QHSE requirements (local and corporate).

Job Requirements:

* High School diploma or equivalent required.
* Preferred: 1+ years of experience working as a workshop technician preferable in ESP pumps (Electrical Submersible Pumps) in Service Center.
* Preferably previous experience working in a Workshop or industrial environment.
* Internal and external relationship/communication skills
* Good communication, technical and problem-solving skills
* Mechanical Skills knowledge of Hand tools.
* Knowledge of machinery (hydraulic, electrical)
* Ability to understand engineering drawings and maintenance manuals
* Knowledge of various hand & precision measurement tools (e.g. calipers)
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, and assist all team members as needed.
* Good Functional / Technical, Customer Focus, Communication, Interpersonal, and Teamwork Skills
* Physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations.
* Work is mostly in a non-climate-controlled environment.
* Continuous standing for long periods of time.
* Exposure to shop and field elements such as noise, dust, wind, odors, oil-based products, and temperature variations.
* Able to wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including eye, hearing, and respiratory protection, a hard hat, and safety shoes while in a shop environment or on a job site.
* While performing this job, employees may be required to lift/carry, pull/push, reach, squat, and kneel throughout the day the physical demand requirements are greater than those for medium-duty work.
* Lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
* Willing to be on call and work mandatory overtime as needed.
