Our Commercial Contracts Analyst I will perform the contract administration function for the Offshore department of the Gas Transmission and Midstream business unit. While in this role, you will work with all contracts for the non-FERC regulated pipeline systems, related facilities and entities, and all non-tariff contracts for the 3 FERC regulated pipeline systems and entities. What you will do: Serves as the primary contact for the Contract Administration function including the ones listed below, for all Offshore contracts, excluding only the tariff transportation agreements for three FERC regulated pipeline systems. Accountable for input of contract information in the newly created Icertis contract management system for Offshore, to enable the routing, approval, and execution of contracts for the Offshore business in accordance with all applicable Enbridge policies. End results are performing the CA function for Offshore with very little supervision and having trained back-up CA personnel to fill in when unavailable or workload is heavier than normal
Coordinates with different departments serving the Offshore business for the routing, approval, execution, and distribution of all Offshore contracts, assist with implementation of such contracts
Prepares drafts of standard agreements and amendments, filling in necessary information.
Support clients/customers who call for help or send notices to the Enbridge Offshore Contract Administration email and phone number accounts, or forward to the appropriate Offshore personnel, help with issue resolution and ensure timely response, draft customer correspondence
Handles paperwork and electronic files regarding customer name changes and notice information change requests
Locates and provides contracts or contractual information to various Enbridge departments when requested
Assists Offshore Legal personnel with migration of contracts library to Icertis and data entry of contractual information
Acts as back-up to Offshore Legal Paralegal's duties including drafting, requesting, obtaining, and ensuring all unanimous consent requirements are met for the offshore Joint Venture entities prior to contract execution
Assists with special projects such as acquisitions,and divestitures Who you are: You have: A bachelor's degree in business, accounting, MIS or engineering or additional equivalent education and/or experience; with 2-3 years of experience within Contract Administration or similar contracts/project organization related work
A demonstrated ability to develop collaborative working relationships with other departments and external partners to achieve goals You can: Multi-task, effectively prioritize, outstanding organizational skills and work with little direction
Show strong digital literacy and are proficiency in using Microsoft Office products and SharePoint You are: Able to work in a team environment, have strong analytical skills and are motivated/committed
An excellent written and verbal communicator who can be clear, concise and accurate in communications with internal and external parties The following are considered assets: Experience with lcertis contracts management system, and good understanding of the business and operations of pipeline companies and facilities Working Conditions: Work performed in typical office environment
