USA POSITION TITLE: Business Analyst REPORTS TO TITLE: Finance
Planning & Reporting Manager GENERAL FUNCTION: The Business Analyst
is usually who assists and supports the Finance Planning &
Reporting Manager to interpret commercial, operational, and
financial performance of the strategy of the Company and helps in
the decision-making process to find options to increase the EBITDA.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Develop and management reports. Performing
financial analysis. Drafting, reviewing, and analyzing budgets and
forecast. Testing, extracting, and working with internal and
external data. Keep the data bases used by the team ready and
updated. Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
Accomplishes department and company goals with actions focused on
results. Supervision of profitability of the business. Calculate
and administrate accruals. Work closely with Finance Planning and
Reporting Manager to prioritize business and information needs.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years of corporate Finance or
Accounting experience Must possess strong skills in computers.
Mathematical ability associated with analytical skills, calculus,
and statistics. Critical thinking. Excellent communication skills
to enable coordination. Gather pertinent facts and data, make
thorough analysis, and arrive at sound conclusions. MS Excel, MS
PowerPoint, MS Power BI. SAP Languages English (Fluent read, write,
speak) Spanish (Read, write, speak) Qualifications Microsoft Excel,
advanced level. Methods and techniques cost analysis. Familiarity
with SAP and Power BI. EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in Accounting,
Business Administration, or Finance. COMMENTS Please note this job
