Role
The Business Analyst III- Distribution Center Performance
Improvement is responsible for creating job descriptions and work
instruction documents for all distribution center teammates.
Additionally, this position is responsible for the creation,
analysis, and reporting of the performance measurements of Crown
Castle's Central Distribution Warehouse Network. The role requires
collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to
provide timely, accurate, and actionable information utilizing
established KPI's, projections, and budgets. This role must work
Distribution Center teams and Network teammates to ensure
understanding of process requirements and associated KPIs, and with
Accounting and Finance Teams to establish a detailed annual budget
and provide ongoing monitoring of the approved budget vs
actuals.
Responsibilities
* Keep Distribution Center teammate job descriptions and work
instructions up to date
* Communicate, monitor, and improve individual, team, facility, and
warehouse network KPI's.
* Coordinate various ad-hoc reporting, data collection, research,
and analysis duties to support project decisions.
* Create, maintain, and monitor the warehouse distribution
network's annual operating and capex budgets.
* Publish progress reports, analytics, and forecasts in an interval
as established by leadership.
* Build cross-functional partnerships with other Supply Chain
leaders to drive process improvement projects and system
initiatives for Supply Chain.
* Support a collaborative environment where Operations subject
matter experts, D&D team members, and other Supply Chain team
members can meet to build consensus.
* Manage the implementation of process improvements, as
appropriate.
* Effectively communicate and partner with all levels of the
organization.
* Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships both
within and outside of the Supply Chain Team.
* Ensure the timely and accurate exchange of information/data with
relevant stakeholders.
* Monitor the work environment and the business operation to be
able to communicate concerns that may affect operational
effectiveness of the group.
* Performs other related duties as requested by leadership.

Education/Certifications
* Bachelor's Degree (Required)
Experience/Minimum Requirements
* Five (5) years of experience in Distribution/Warehouse
management
* Forecasting and budgeting experience
* Strong reporting and data analysis skills
* Experience with Tower, Fiber Solutions, and Small Cell
construction material (Preferred)
Organizational Relationship
Reportsto: Sr. Manager Warehouse Operations
Title(s) of direct reports (if applicable): N/A
Working Conditions: This role falls into our hybrid work model
working in your assigned office approximately 60% of the time (3
days per week) and where you do your best work 40% (2 days per
week). There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and
stakeholders for moments that matter that could require up to 40%
travel.
