Job Description:

The Electrical Engineer for Electrical Maintenance Department Management will be responsible for leading and managing the daily activities of the electrical maintenance department, project management from scratch and maintenance of information systems.Responsibilities:

• - Supervise and lead the electrical maintenance technician team.
• - Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance of the company's electrical equipment.
• - Diagnose and solve electrical problems in equipment and control systems.
• - Conduct failure analysis and electrical risk assessments.
• - Manage the department's budget and purchasing management.
• - Create technical documentation for the electrical maintenance department.
• - Train the department's personnel in the latest electrical maintenance technologies and practices.
• - Management of data acquisition systems for predictive maintenanceRequirements:
  • - Bachelor's degree in electrical, electronic engineering or related field.
  • - Previous experience in managing an electrical maintenance department.
  • - Strong Knowledge in Siemens and Allen Bradley PLCs.
  • - Strong Knowledge in VFDs, temperature and pressure sensors.
  • - Knowledge in Databases (SQL).
  • - Knowledge in JavaScript, Node Red and .Net.
  • - Proficiency in Dashboard like Grafana and Power BI.
  • - Industrial communication protocols such as Profinet, Profibus, Ethernet IP.
  • - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze electrical failures.
  • - Leadership and team management skills.
  • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • - Bilingual
