E-Commerce Business Analyst - Houston, TX - Sysco Foods/Infosys

We are looking for a E-commerce (Retail and Supply Chain ) Business analyst with around 8-10 years' experience based out of Houston. Rates would be around 85-90$/per hour.

Description:
The Senior consultant is responsible for understanding the product vision and strategy, drawing out the
most value from a product. The Senior consultant also works closely with business leads and other IT
technical leads to ensure the solution effectively addresses program priorities while maintaining technical
integrity. -The Senior consultant also attends most relevant product management meetings, PI planning,
and backlog/vision refinement sessions.

Job Duties/Essential Functions
-Work with Product Management/business leads to define the product, ensure it is integrated into the---
Program and communicate the product vision to the team
-Prioritize and make trade-offs based on understanding of strategies, budget, epics, enabler---
requirements, dependent teams, goals and the value features and stories bring to the business
-Collaborates with business stakeholders to define and prioritize the features and epics which yield the---
highest business benefit for the organization.
-Clearly capture solution intent and requirements create a wireframes, prototypes and communicate---
the same with business leads for feedback and acceptance
-Understand how product features are performing and customer satisfaction; provide suggestions for---
improvement based on learnings
-Leads activities to support the delivery of new functionality including product launch communications,---
training materials, user acceptance testing, business validation, success criteria measurement and
analysis.
-Participates in program ceremonies (e.g., product increment planning sessions, retrospectives, etc.).--- -
-Owns the requirement elicitation and coordinates/supports development team for building this UI---
development with his knowledge.
-Defines the product roadmap and collaborates with Release Managers to create release plans and---
backlogs.
-Writes features and success criteria with key stakeholders and business leaders.---
-Creates and refines the product roadmap based on insights gained from business and member---
feedback.
-Manages initiatives across multiple teams to drive project quality, reliability, scalability, and security.---

Required Qualifications:
-10+ years overall experience with 4+ years' in Retail and/or Manufacturing processes.---
-Primary point of contact for business questions about projects---
-Excellent interpersonal and diplomatic skills as well as a positive attitude.---
-Good knowledge of, or ability to quickly learn, key retail processes including but not limited to---
sourcing, procurement, costing etc..
-Strong communication skills, both oral and written, including presentation skills.---
-Demonstrated team-building skills with ability to influence and motivate team members that report to---
other groups in the organization.
-Adept at assessing issues with ability to devise workable solutions quickly responding appropriately.---
-Proven ability to support and collaborate with multiple Project Managers, Business Sponsors and IT---
teams within a Product
-Excellent organizational and planning skills, with experience building tactical plans.---
-Flexible, must be able to change priorities quickly, focus on new ones without distraction, able to deal---
with conflict and work under pressure to meet deliverable dates/timelines.
-Must have experience in negotiating timelines and deliverables with a strong sense of urgency.---
-Experience with executing project governance including change control and issue/risk management.---


Preferred Qualifications:
-Business Analysis, ability to gather requirements and communicate to technical teams---
-Experience in Retail and/or Manufacturing sourcing, procurement, costing, order-to-cash proceses---
-Partners with product delivery Manager, Tech Lead, QA, and engineers to continuously improve and---
maximize output of delivery team.
-Effectively builds--- & prioritizes user stories for each iterative delivery - partnering with tech, QA,
business SMEs to deliver each.
-Maintains outcome focus by adjusting product roadmap, release strategy,--- & scope priorities based on realities of an agile environment
